[ send me this paper ]
A 6 page paper on the book 'Black Neighbors : Race and the limits of reform in the American Settlement House Movement, 1890-1945,' by Elizabeth Lasch-Quinn. Lasch-Quinn addresses the issue form a unique perspective and allows the reader to see another viewpoint, a viewpoint that goes beyond the surface to the subtle realities of the settlement houses.
